What this preview processes.

This page describes the engineering behavior of the current preview. It is a draft for review. It is not legal advice, a certification, or a promise about a future product.

Who this draft is about

OwnEnvoy is a provisional name. A postal address, a data-protection officer, and a contact inbox are not published here. Until those exist, a person with a preview account uses the studio they already have. This page does not collect a form.

Account and mandate data

Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. The app stores a workspace name and a mandate: title, one participant email, one topic, a money cap, a time window, an escalation email, and the acknowledgements the owner ticks. Invitation tokens are stored only as a hash. The other party types the invited email when they accept, decline, or withdraw.

Voice and transcripts

A session does not start until the relevant flags are on and the person at the browser agrees. Live microphone audio is then processed by ElevenLabs to run the voice agent. No audio recording is requested by this app. If a signature-checked provider callback arrives, the app can keep transcript text for up to 30 days. The owner can export that app copy or delete it. Deleting it does not prove that the provider, backups, or earlier downloads are gone.

Analytics

Optional Google Analytics 4 loads only when this deployment has a measurement id and you allow it in this browser. The choice is stored in local storage, not sent as an account setting. Denying it, or leaving it unset, means the tag is not loaded.

Analytics is not configured for this deployment.

What this draft does not claim

No certification, no statement that data never leaves the providers named above, and no retention promise beyond the app transcript copy described on Trust. Search Console verification and a public contact address are still founder steps. The companion draft is Terms.
