Terms · draft

A preview, not an offer to sell.

This page is a draft so the site is not missing a terms link. It needs founder and legal review before anyone relies on it. It does not create a customer agreement by itself.

What you may use

The public pages describe the product. The studio is a private preview for someone who already has an account. A mandate, a consent link, and an owner decision are sandbox controls. They do not place a phone call, join a meeting, move money, or sign a contract.

What the software refuses

Purchase, contract, and recording actions are refused by the server. Approval of an over-cap proposal permits sandbox discussion of that exact amount only. Spoken wording still depends on the agent following its instructions. A sentence spoken in a session is not, by itself, a commitment by OwnEnvoy.

No price and no warranty

There is no published price, no service level, and no uptime commitment. The preview is provided as engineering in progress. Governing law, liability caps, and a contracting entity are not stated in this draft because they have not been decided. Do not treat the absence of those clauses as a waiver.

Accounts and ending access

Preview access can be withdrawn by the operator. Revoking a mandate or withdrawing consent ends later server authority for that session, as described on Trust. The draft privacy note describes what the app processes. Questions that the software can answer are on FAQ. Contact does not open a support contract.
